We are generally able to respond to non-emergency maintenance requests within 1-2 business days. When making a non-tenant required maintenance request be as detailed as possible. Please be aware that the Rental Agreement may require tenants to resolve some maintenance issues on their own. Property owners cannot pay for tenant responsible issues such as clogged pipes, disposal jams, burned out light bulbs, replacing furnace filters, replacing smoke detector batteries and area normal insect removal per the rental agreement. These issues will need to be resolved by tenants at tenants cost. Technicians may be available to assist with these issues at a cost to the tenant.
