Maintenance Requests

Non-emergency maintenance.

We are generally able to respond to non-emergency maintenance requests within 1-2 business days. When making a non-tenant required maintenance request be as detailed as possible. Please be aware that the Rental Agreement may require tenants to resolve some maintenance issues on their own. Property owners cannot pay for tenant responsible issues such as clogged drains, disposal jams, burned out light bulbs, replacing furnace filters, replacing smoke detector batteries, etc per the rental agreement. These issues will need to be resolved by tenants at tenants cost. Technicians may be available to assist with these issues at a cost to the tenant.

To submit non-emergency maintenance, please contact us vial email. Maintenance request MUST include name, email address, phone number, property address and a description of the maintenance issue.

Emergency maintenance.

Emergency (a dangerous situation) maintenance requests will need to be called into the office: 208-884-3310. 24/7 after hours & weekend emergency service is available by calling 208-884-3310. Emergency situations are handled as soon as the communication is received by our staff, and within a reasonable time defined by the rental agreement and based on vendor availability.

Do it yourself.
