Johnson Property Management offers a variety of ongoing rent specials on the majority of our properties, here are some of the current offers.

No application fees! As long as you have done a showing of the property you are applying for with a showing agent, we do not currently charge an application fee.
Two weeks free with 18 month rental agreement! Some of our properties are offering either a reduced rent rate or the first two weeks free on a 18 calendar month rental agreement. Interested in an even longer agreement? (21 month, 24 month or more?) More free time may be available, please call our office for details.
Referral program is now available! Existing Tenants can earn a $50 check by referring a new approved signed tenant to Johnson Property Management and the new tenant will get a $50 rent credit, everyone wins! Call office for details. Only available on select properties.
Borderline credit? Accepting larger deposits in-lieu of credit! On some of our properties Johnson Property Management is offering the ability to submit a larger deposit if your credit is borderline in not meeting our credit qualifications.
