All properties require an Amenity Package to help maximize your tenant services. Below is an overview on the primary amenities.
Pinata Rent Reward Program.
You’ve been invited to Piñata, the first reward program for renters. You get rewards when you fly, when you use your credit card, but why not for your single biggest monthly expense… RENT!? The good news is that your property manager has already signed you up! All you have to do is download the app and start getting rewarded. Pest Control Program.
We have partnered with a professional pest control company to fulfill this great service to our residents as part of our amenity package. If normal area pests show up at the property, our residents can easily submit a service request to have a professional pest service appointment scheduled.
Pinata Builder Program.
We utilize a Pinata, a credit Data Analytics and Credit Bureau Reporting Company, to provide payment data to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. This “rent to credit” program reports your rental payments to the credit bureaus monthly. Building credit from your most substantial monthly payment may increase your credit score 20 – 70 points potentially saving you $1000’s of dollars down the road on future loans.
Air Filter Program.
If your property has an accessible & replaceable furnace filter a high-quality furnace filter will be delivered to the premises approximately every three months. The filter will be delivered by mail, and with this amenity tenants will not need to make trips to a store to purchase filters, providing convenience and helping keep your utility billings to a minimum and your indoor air quality high. Free EFT Online Payments.
Setup one-time or automatic withdrawal rental payments at no cost using a checking or savings account and routing number. Convenient and free!
Late fee protection.
If our residents need to make a late rent payment, we are happy to waive the late charge as part of the amenity package. All residents are welcome to make this request once per calendar year!
Maintenance protection.
The JPM amenity package includes one free service call per calendar year for a tenant-responsible maintenance item, that is related to normal usage based items, or accidental plumbing clogs caused by tenant.
24 x 7 Emergency Maintenance Program.
If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency outside of business hours, residents can call and get a live person for maintenance assistance 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Reliable, timely, consistent help.
No Application Fees.
Save your money by working with a company that does not charge an up-front application fee to process your application! We process rental applications on a first-come, first-serve basis which allows us to process rental applications at no cost to applicants.
Pre Rent Sanitization Per CDC Cleaning Guidelines.
All rental units are sanitized and cleaned thoroughly following vacancy per CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of viruses and disease.
