Renter's Insurance
We are excited to let you know that we have partnered with LeaseTrack to manage all your renter’s insurance requirements. As indicated in your lease, residents must maintain renters’ insurance with a minimum personal liability limit of $100,000. This helps protect you in the event of a covered loss or catastrophe. To satisfy this requirement, please choose from one of the options outlined below:
Option 1: Need Renters Insurance?
We have a preferred relationship, which provides residents with special pricing and excellent coverage. To purchase a policy please go to your tenant web portal via the link below, or call (800) 945-5990.
Option 2: Have Renters Insurance? Submit your proof of insurance:
You may choose to work with your own provider for your insurance requirement. If you choose this option, your policy and proof of insurance must include all required policy information.

*Please note that your listed property may not exactly match your unit / rental address, but it is correct due to software limitation. Once obtained, we must validate your policy. Please submit your proof of insurance through your resident portal, insurance@LeaseTrack.ai or contact your leasing office for assistance.
Option 3: Automatic Enrollment
Do nothing and automatically be enrolled for $17.00 in the Master Policy. This policy will meet your lease’s $100,000 liability insurance requirement. You will automatically be enrolled in this third option if you do not purchase insurance via option 1 or upload proof of insurance via option 2, and you will see an additional monthly charge of $17.00 No action is required!
