Pinata rewards: We are happy to announce that we have recently partnered with the best in class renters rewards provider, Pinata! All of our residents are now able to earn rewards with on-time rent payments that can be used in many major retailers. This is a value addition that is being added to our amenity package at no additional cost to you. If you are currently paying for the monthly amenity package, all you need to do is download the Pinata app and create an account with your email address that Johnson Property Management has on record for you! A QR code for the app download is on the flyer attached to this email, or can be downloaded from their website located at https://www.pinata.ai. In the future, JPM has plans to roll out various incentive programs through Pinata, that you can participate in to earn additional Pinata cash. We sincerely hope that you all take advantage of this offering to further realize value in our amenity services package.
Pest Control Change: We are also pleased to announce that we have decided to become your sole contact for fulfillment of pest control services! There is no longer any need to contact Cover Pest to request a pest control service. Johnson Property Management is happy to handle all of your pest control requests directly. You’re welcome to request pest control services by simply emailing us at info@jpmidaho.com, and we will set up the service for you directly. **It should be noted that included pest control is offered as an “as needed by request” basis, and is not included as a monthly recurring service plan.
Seasonal property update: Lawn watering & high heat: With the upcoming high temperatures of Summer, we are soon to see grass and lawns start to struggle as they often do this time of year. We are committed to offering assistance with sprinkler systems or hoses/timers as needed, and happy to schedule service as needed to continue keeping our lawns looking great! If you are not responsible for lawn care at your property, please feel free to contact us anytime you notice a lawn that is distressed. We will gladly take a look at it and conduct maintenance on sprinklers, lawn care or wherever the problem may exist. If you are responsible for lawn care at your property, please make sure that your sprinkler system is operational, water coverage and watering times are adequate, and that mowing/weeding/trimming is taking place in accordance with your rental agreement. If repairs or maintenance to your sprinkler system are needed, PLEASE contact us so that we may make repairs and provide assistance as needed to ensure that you’re able to keep your lawn up during the hot months that are approaching. Exterior drive-by inspections: Part of our duties as property managers is to preform regular, exterior property inspections of the rental properties that we manage for our owner clients. This simply involves staffing providers to drive by your rental property on a regular basis, and taking photographs of the outside of the property. Please, do not be alarmed if you see a provider on the sidewalk taking photos of your rental property. This is service that we are required to perform, and we are simply fulfilling our obligation to the property owner client to keep them apprised of the condition of the property. We are not taking photos of back yard areas, and are not taking photos of the interior of your units. We use a variety of different vendors to fulfill this service, and so the person taking the drive-by photos may change from time to time. We appreciate your assistance with this task, in allowing our providers to do their job and move on.
