We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a flexible rent payment solution company to assist Residents with on-time rental payments.  If you foresee any issues with paying your Rental Account on time (meaning by 5PM on the 5th day of the month), please go to getflex.com and sign up for this service now! Don’t wait, as you must signup by the 2nd calendar day of the month in order to qualify for the current month’s rent. Flex pays your rent in full on by the 5th of the month, and then you re-pay Flex over the course of the calendar month. There are 2 HUGE advantages to this service as opposed to paying late.
  1. Flex reports to the major credit bureaus, as does JPM, so this will allow you to establish a 2nd good credit line by using this service.
