We are excited to let you know that we have partnered with Your Renters Insurance Group to manage all your renter’s insurance requirements. As indicated in your lease, residents must maintain renters’ insurance with a minimum personal liability limit of $100,000. This helps protect you in the event of a covered loss or catastrophe. To satisfy this requirement, a policy can be included for $16 per month.

We have a preferred relationship with Your Renters Insurance Group, which provides residents with special pricing and excellent coverage. To proactively purchase coverage please do so at time of rental agreement signing or email valerie@jpmidaho.com.

You may choose to work with your own provider for your insurance requirement. If you choose this option, your policy and proof of insurance must include all required policy information.
