While we all carry the Property Manager title, we each have our own areas of expertise along with a solid understanding of all parts of our company’s day to day business routine.
Don R. Johnson
Property Manager
Don R. Johnson graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in accounting. He served as a U.S. Army officer and spent several years as a management accountant before taking over the family property management business in 1976. Don loves working with everything property management, and working with his family each day. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the mountains of Valley County, the desert of Owyhee County, and spending time with his grandkids.
Matt Johnson
Property Manager
Matt grew up in Idaho’s beautiful Treasure Valley, and graduated from Boise State University with honors in 2001 with a degree in Finance. He joined the family business in 2002 and has enjoyed working with rental property and investors for over 20 years. In spare time, Matt enjoys exercising and spending time with his teenage son, helping on his significant other’s farm, home gardening, and working on environmental pursuits.
Andrew Johnson
Property Manager
Andrew Johnson has background in the telecommunications industry and has completed a bachelors degree in Communications from Boise State University. He has worked with JPM since 2004, and has earned the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation through the NARPM trade organization. Andrew is also a licensed REALTOR®️ with Initial Point Real Estate, and enjoys assisting clients and tenants with real estate transactions. When not working, Andrew is probably exploring the world with his family, or golfing.
Challis Sanders
Property Manager
Challis Sanders is an Idaho native with a background in customer service, information technology and graphic/web design. He is in charge of, creating and fine-tuning our business processes along with technology leadership and support. Challis handles the onboarding of all new tenants from the application process to the scheduling of key transfers. In his free time he enjoys exploring and backpacking with his dogs.
Chris Ford
Property Manager
Chris Ford has a mechanical background which has taught him to be an expert problem solver. He runs Johnson Property Management LLC’s maintenance operations and vendor relations. Chris has earned the Certified Maintenance Coordinator (CMC) designation through the NARPM trade organization. When not at work, Chris is racing Karts with his son or attending dance competitions with his daughter.
Angie Roth
Property Manager
Angie has worked in the Property Management field for almost two decades and enjoys all aspects of what it entails. Great customer service is her main objective. Angie manages many of the day to day workflows within the office, including notices to vacate, payables, reports, renewals and advertising. When not working Angie enjoys RVing or ATVing in Southern Idaho with her family.
Valerie Piansay
Customer Support Specialist
Valerie joined the team in 2021, and provides exceptional customer service and phone support for the business. She enjoys the property management profession, and gaining industry knowledge and experience. She is a people person, and loves meeting new people and making them feel comfortable. Valerie is an excellent communicator, and takes pride in making sure people have the right information to achieve the best possible result.
Evann Tona
Property Manager
Evann operated Tona Painting with his family for many years, and came to work with JPM in 2022. He does a wonderful job of working to inspect properties both inside and out, and with coordinate the turnover process to make sure our product is of the highest quality possible. Evann works closely with our vendors to ensure repairs are done timely and skillfully. He loves to snow ski with his family and friends, travel, and drive fast cars.
Monica Ison
Customer Support Specialist
Monica came to work with JPM in 2024 as an Office Assistant and Customer Service Representative. She has worked in the Property Management field for many years with a history of customer support and coordination. Monica receives positive feedback from customers daily, as she assists them with their needs and inquiries. Monica provides seamless administrative support to ensure a productive and efficient work environment for the staff.
Preciosa Tingson
Accounting
Preciosa Tingson, also known as Precious, joined our team in 2024 as a dedicated bookkeeper, efficiently managing everything from tenant payments and vendor invoices to client payments. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. Precious loves relaxing at a nearby mountain resort, where she enjoys spring-water swimming. Every afternoon, weather permitting, she heads to the park with her 3-year-old daughter. She also has a dog named Luffy, adding to her close-knit family life.
